At WHCS, a reflective, positive and caring staff are the bedrock of our school. We believe that only if staff have the highest expectations of their own practice can they then expect the very best of our children in terms of their attainment, skills, achievements and behaviour.

The leadership management team offer mentoring, training, constructive and practical advice and feedback on professional practice to allow staff to improve and develop their skills for the benefit of the children, the school and their own careers.

We believe that just as children should never stop learning, we should also reflect, change and adapt to make things work for the better.
